Collection and use of Email & Personal Details
If you are a visitor to our website you will be offered downloads, offers or services. If you’re a of one of our memberships you will be offered access to the Vault and other memberships via our
Kartra Member Hubs in which you will find membership trainings, downloads, offers and services.
Should you choose to access a part of Mastery Mode that is not freely available (e.g. a lead-generation offer or paid product), you will be asked to provide your email address and sometimes additional data that tells us that you agree to receive ongoing (relevant) communications from us.
If you do not give us permission (e.g. grant the requested consent), accessing these special offers may not be possible.

Recorded securely inside Mastery Mode’s membership portals. All proper precautions are in place, including multi-level security.
At no time are credit card details processed by Mastery Mode itself, nor are they stored on Mastery Mode host server.
Cookies are temporary, small pieces of information sent to a visitor’s hard disk. They can’t run programs or deliver viruses, nor can they track your behaviour in alarming ways.
The Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics are both cookies used by Mastery Mode, exclusively for the purpose of tracking which pages on the Mastery Mode website you’ve visited and for how long.
This gives us insight into your browsing behavior and helps us serve you with targeted, appropriate content that helps you enjoy your visit and is helpful, as well as create effective marketing campaigns. If you are on Facebook, Google and Instagram, cookies may result in you being shown our ads.

Automated unsubscribe
At the bottom of every email sent by Mastery Mode, you will see an ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click this link and choose to unsubscribe please be advised that your actions will instantly stop all automated communications from Mastery Mode.
Manual unsubscribe
If you are a Mastery Mode client and we have a working relationship, unsubscribing from our marketing emails does not cease communications, especially if we are mid-project. These communications are 1:1, normal-type between professionals and stop at completion of project.
Right to be forgotten
You have the right to request that ALL of your data is stripped of personal identifiers. As a general subscriber, this means you’d be deleted from our list. If you’ve bought a service or product, your private data will be replaced with generic, non-identifying numbers (such as ‘client 99’).
Information from children
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our offerings are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 18. Therefore on our Website, we do not collect personal data from any person we know to be under the age of 18. In the online space particularly, parents or guardians are urged to participate in their children’s use of the Internet and to teach their children about protecting their personal information while online.
Acceptance of these conditions
We have the right to assume that all visitors have carefully read this notice, particularly when they are explicitly agreeing to its terms. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
